The American Indian Student Support Services and the American Indian Convocation Committee welcome all to Arizona State University to recognize, honor and celebrate the academic success and accomplishments of American Indian graduates. Participation is open to all students graduating in the Spring semester.
Deadline to RSVP is Monday, April 22, 2019.
Attire- All graduates are required to wear a cap and gown during the ceremony. Students can purchase regalia at http://colleges.herffjones.com/college/_arizonastate/ or during Grad Fairs hosted by the Sun Devil Campus Bookstores.
Grad Fairs- Graduates will be able to purchase their cap and gown, diploma frames and announcements. For additional information on Grad Fair dates, times and locations, visit https://alumni.asu.edu/gradfair.
ASU Polytechnic campus | March 12 | 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
ASU West campus | March 13 | 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
ASU Downtown campus | March 14 & 15 | 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
ASU Tempe campus | March 19, 20, & 21| 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
*Thunderbird graduate students are invited to participate in the Downtown Phoenix campus Grad Fair.
ASU Online Campus | March 22 - 24 | 7:00 a.m MST a.m. - 7:00 p.m. MST | *Eligible full-time students only
Faculty, Staff and Tribal Leaders- All are welcome to participate in the American Indian Convocation ceremony honoring ASU's American Indian graduates. Your show of support to the graduates is important. ASU faculty and administrators, and tribal leaders have the option of participating in the ceremony platform. The RSVP link will be available March 15. RSVP by Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
Accessibility and Disability Information for Gammage Auditorium- Gammage Auditorium has disabled seating in the front and back of the Orchestra level. Native American Alumni Chapter- The Native American Alumni Chapter is dedicated and committed to providing activities that foster education and retention of students by offering mentor programs, scholarships, awards/recognition programs, social and orientations.
